How to make the 3D puff design | Embroidery Digitizing Tutorials | Zdigitizing

In this video, Darcy will be walking you through How to make the 3D puff design. Steps are discussed in detail for How to make a 3D puff design using Wilcom. Open File in Wilcom: First, launch your Wilcom software on your pc. First, launch your Wilcom software on your pc and then click the Wilcom icon option (shown as an orange W) on the upper corner of the left side of the main page. Import file: Then click and open the Import graphic option that will surely appear on the upper side of the main page, and after that, select your desired vector file in Wilcom and open it. Outline the object: The object will be shown in the Letter Box. Now click the inner side of the grey part of the object and then outline the object by selecting the Column C option on the left side and adjust the setting of the outline per your requirements. Adjust Measurement: You can also adjust the width, angle, and corner fraction of the outline by clicking on the right side of the main page names as Object Properties. There are too many options so that you can adjust the length, width, sides ratio, and many more from these options. Lock stitch: When the 3D outline of the object is created, lock stitch all corners of the object(again, width and length can be adjusted by your own needs). Complete the object: Then prepare the inner part of the object by just clicking on the inner side of the object and adjust the measurements for your ease and desires. Adjust Density: After that; adjust the density of the prepared stuff in the inner part object to whom we need to convert into a 3D puff design. Set the properties: Also, adjust the Underlay as Double Zigzag and also set the spacing of the object concerning your desires. Save the File: After completing your desired task, you can save the file on your pc. To save the File; Click on the File option and select the option Save as and then name the File and save it in which folder you want. Your desired File is ready, and it is in the 3D form now.
